Was rarely there and when he was just in and out barley talked to us then waited to tell us that he doesn't take our insurance on the last appointment without us knowing it was gunna happen at all and now can't book an appointment on time for my baby to have his 2 month shots thanks bro
Pediatrician seemed to be in a rush and got mad when I asked to explain things, also the billing lady was very unprofessional and rude, i was recommended to this place but would never go again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this establishment.
Would leave 0 starts if I could, the doctor is ok never had much time to speak to him as his checkups are so quick and rushed but the receptionist/ billing lady is so incredibly rude, not helpful at all and literally makes you feel like trash even as I’m learning to navigate the entire insurance system. Would never recommend anyone to come here.
Dr Chopra has been my pediatrician since I was a baby and has always been so kind, understanding, and good in his care. He took me as a patient even after 18 through my college years, I’m finally moving to a Primary Care Physician and am very sad to part ways from him. Never did I have to wait to go in for an appointment when sick, it was always same day. He never dismissed my concerns.
