I am submitting this complaint regarding cosmetic surgery performed by Dr. Karan Chopra in Coral Gables, Florida. At my consultation, I explained that my main concern required a mini facelift. Dr. Chopra recommended additional procedures involving my upper lip and neck, which I agreed to. I paid $25,000 in total, including a $10,000 deposit. Sydney & Dr. Chopra are an incredible dynamic duo. Dr chopra is an artist in the operating room, and Sydney is the non surgical artist in the med spa. I am a male and I had incredible neck lift with Dr chopra and I maintenance myself with Botox and microneedling with Sydney in the med spa. I will never go ANYWHERE else! Updating to reply: It's a shame that the level of listening, honesty, and commitment described in Dr. Chopra's response was not what I experienced. When I raised my concerns, I was dismissed and hung up on. Calling a personal review "one-sided" is a curious criticism when it is, by definition, one person's experience. 2 months post op and very happy with results. The entire team from office, surgery center, glo suite and of course Dr Chopra have been amazing. All Listen and address concerns, offer solutions with attention to detail and reminders of realistic recovery and expectations. Surgery was thankfully uneventful and recovery pain free.
