On Oct. 8th 2016, My daughter Ryan and soon to be husband Hector were married at Ashton Villa in Galveston. Their wedding was catered by Todd and his very helpful staff . Absolutely phenominal. Todd knows how to get things done, and make sure that they are done extremely well. Wedding for 250 people, uncommon/ethnic cuisine, and high standards to meet - which Chopin Mon Ami exceeded with apparent ease. The owner, chefs, and staff work very hard to deliver an extremely delicious, authentic, and fresh menu in a very courteous and professional manner. Todd and his staff and connections saved the day!! We had planned a beach-side wedding for our daughter on West Galveston island. When we awoke on the wedding day we had torrential rain that threatened to cancel the whole thing. In that moment Todd was able to secure a new, and dry, venue on Offats Bayou (The Waterfront Event Center), adjust his crew's schedule, and ultimately deliver a great evening for our Bride, Groom, and guests. We had the bistro fillet and the Tuscan chicken for our wedding. Everything was great. The only complaint we had was the kids chicken tenders. Other than that, it was a hit. The staff was very kind and willing to help with anything we needed.
