My experience purchasing wedding rings at Chopard was truly exceptional, and I owe it all to the sales consultant, Jennifer. From the moment we stepped into the store, she made us feel completely welcome. We found two rings that perfectly symbolize our love—and created a beautiful memory in the process.
Very lovely staff and management. They worked very hard to get me the watch I wanted. Plenty of notification time to pick up the timepiece. They even brought me lunch as I was in a hurry and a 3+ hour drive to receive it. What service! Proud owner of a salmon dial Luc 1860. I will cherish it always.
Very disappointing experience. I purchased a happy diamond ring. The salesperson told me not to wear the ring in the shower or water would get inside. Fair enough. I asked whether daily light handwashing would be fine, and he should it would be. What do you know? Two days after I wore the ring and there were already water droplets sipping inside.
