We received excellent, compassionate, and efficient care when my daughter broke her wrist after hours on a weeknight. We are so grateful for the wonderful care.
Some staff clearly disliked children. They saw my son then did not send in his prescription. All attempts to contact were pointless. It's like the phone is off the hook.
Really bizarre experience today. I’ve been here multiple times but today was awful. The doctor was condescending, rude, and not professional. Thought that an honest question from us was stupid. Called my kid who’s been sick for days “pissed off” and rudely wrote off a potential diagnosis from a staff by phone prior to the visit. Maybe he just had a bad day or something, but really terrible experience.
Very pleasant experience, everyone warm and welcoming. Almost no wait time and exceptional bedside manners.
