Extremely disappointed in how my daughter and I were treated. The “ortho surgeon” was the rudest woman I’ve ever met in a professional setting. She questioned why we’re were there when we were literally referred by the CHOP PCP. She refused to look at all the concerns that we had, she would only address the one and if we didn’t agree to this then she said we were in the wrong place. Excuse me?! Had to come here multiple times. Every time there were about 2 people in front of me in the waiting room And it took 3+ hours. People are nice i guess, but there's nothing urgent about this place. They then proceed to charge me 300 dollar out of pocket for a 5 minute meeting to tell us that maybe my daughter is constipated and to try Miralax. I've had nothing but bad experiences here, but it is our only option

The front end the receptionist placed me on hold for over a hour. I hung up and called back they answered the phone didnt say anything and placed me on hold once again.
