Great customer service
Ordered a togo order through classpass. Only 1 of my 3 orders made it to chop stop. Showed the employees I had 3 orders which clearly show paid, they were unwilling to honor my order and made me go through classpass customer service for a refund. Food wasn't that great protein sizes are very small. If it wasn't for the classpass credit I wouldn't eat here again.
The food is great! But tell me why the website says they close at 8pm but right now it’s 7:13pm tell me why they are closed for the night really!
