Great food (we had spring rolls, butcher’s board, and crème brulee). Our server was lovely as well.
Absolutely loved this place. Direct competition with places like the Keg and Golfs Steak House. But surprisingly cheaper. Service was fantastic.
We recently hosted a 20-person engagement celebration at Chop Steakhouse, and we were blown away by the incredible service. The team was exceptionally accommodating — even with only two hours’ notice, they rearranged our seating to ensure my dad’s wheelchair had the space he needed. I am so choked its not even funny! I placed a timed order at 7pm tonight for pick up at 9:10pm. Not only did they call us at 9pm to tell us our steak cuts were "sold out" and we had to choose something else but when my son went to pick up for our timed call (because we live 30 minutes out of the city) he WAITED until 9:40PM!!! Absolutely horrendous service, and I wont be spending a dime here in the future. Its now 10:00PM and we still dont have our food.
