We've used CHOP and a lot of different departments and have always had an amazing experience, however, with this department, we cant even get through to make an appointment.

I have a 4 months old baby with breathing difficulties that was hospitalized when he was 7 weeks for 6 days at chop. He never got better since than and he keep getting worst here and there. And for this visit to the doctor he said he’s got a “cold” diagnosed by his crystal ball because he didn’t test or even spend enough time with him at all. I’m deeply disappointed. My little one does not have a running nose and I hope I find a good doctor that actually wants to know what’s going on with my son.

I agree with the poor reviews. I messaged four times over a period of one month simply asking for a phone call from my child's endocrine MD or the practice about the prescription concerns -- only to be completely ignored and told to call another unit. I get that you are all-mighty CHOP, but when calling back a patient's concerned mother no longer a priority that is really sad.
