the nurses here can be very cold and disinterested even if ur toddler has a respiratory viral infection, I was put on hold forever and when I hung up she called back, and seemed irritated about giving me a same day appointment, I dont understand this mentality, its disturbing in a way that a nurse doesnt have any compassion, I didnt want to write this review but people should know that these nurses seem to just be in it for the money...
Don’t go here rude staff you call after hrs you get no return call just take your kids to hospital or anther pediatrician

Very difficult to get through to make an appointment, so frustrating. i also dislike the location.
1 hour and waiting. The receptionist was rude and told me to have a seat before we even checked in. This is not urgent care. We are here for an eye appointment.

RecommendedThe doctors here are great but the clerical staff are really rude. Tried to make a well visit appointment and after holding for half an hour they hung up on me in the middle of talking to them. So I called the sick line and they were also very rude. She was very sarcastically nice and rude at the same time. The clerical staff need to be trained on etiquette on dealing with people.

The staff is great it just takes forever to speak with anyone. I have been on hold for over 2 hours to schedule a sick appointment for my 3 1/2 month old baby. I find that ridiculous and disappointing especially since I have been using this doctors office since I was a child and he is an infant.
