i had an amazing experience! the staff was wonderful and answered all of my questions. i was very nervous before my procedure and they were all so accommodating and understanding. the nurse i had after my procedure was especially pleasant to talk to! shoutout to erin 🫶 i had an outstanding experience thank you guys so much!
The scheduling is the worst scheduling that I have come across and I’ve worked in healthcare for a long time. I’ve been trying to schedule an Allergy appointment for 3 months. The first time I called they said call back the next month for an appointment with more openings and no further detail. My issue is with the female we dealt with in the lab 6/25/25 when it was time to have blood drawn. My daughter had a bad experience in the past giving blood. I explained to the woman that my daughter was nervous etc. Fast forward, after much prodding the woman couldn't find a vein and my daughter started to hyperventilate and got lightheaded so I asked her to stop.
