The front desk staff were very kind, but I was incredibly disappointed with the technician and how rushed we were with the doctor. My four year old son is autistic, and when I explained this, the tech responded that “99% of the kids who come in are on the spectrum.” She made very little effort to connect with him or help him feel safe.
