Great child care by a staff of the best children's health care facility in PA.
The check-in desk staff members are not friendly at all. They all seem like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The ones who attempt to be "friendly" sound so superficial, like it is forced. You would think that you check in so many families that you could be a little friendlier and more empathetic. No one is going to the doctors for no reason at all, so the least you could do is be kind.
Great place to take your children with any medical concerns. I was impressed receiving a follow-up call from a nurse days afterwards.
