i had an appointment booked with derek and stuff came up so i attempted to cancel my appointment over 48 hours ahead of time via phone call and email. i called 3 times and nobody answered, emailed and got ignored. i just attempted to book another appointment for march and it looks like i am banned due to my work schedule and your company not answering phones. awful customer service
