Absolutely phenomenal service, Derek is one of, if not THE best, hairstylists I've ever had. I managed to get my naturally brunette hair bleached, cut and colored all in one day. It's everything I've ever dreamed of! Both me and my boyfriend are extremely pleased with the affordability, the atmosphere and more importantly the skill of all the stylists that work here. i had an appointment booked with derek and stuff came up so i attempted to cancel my appointment over 48 hours ahead of time via phone call and email. i called 3 times and nobody answered, emailed and got ignored. i just attempted to book another appointment for march and it looks like i am banned due to my work schedule and your company not answering phones. awful customer service
