The staff is great it just takes forever to speak with anyone. I have been on hold for over 2 hours to schedule a sick appointment for my 3 1/2 month old baby. I find that ridiculous and disappointing especially since I have been using this doctors office since I was a child and he is an infant.
On time, pleasant staff, and all the nurses and doctors we have seen are patient, caring, and competent. I have confidence in their diagnosis, and they do not belittle parents for doing their own research, and listen and respect parents' wishes. My favorite is Dr. Krishnan, she's seen all my kids grow for 7 years, now! :)
Nurses and doctors are so very nice and appreciative. They take the time to listen to you. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else. I've been coming here for over 14 years and I've never had a problem. Love this place!
