the nurses here can be very cold and disinterested even if ur toddler has a respiratory viral infection, I was put on hold forever and when I hung up she called back, and seemed irritated about giving me a same day appointment, I dont understand this mentality, its disturbing in a way that a nurse doesnt have any compassion, I didnt want to write this review but people should know that these nurses seem to just be in it for the money...
I’ve never had to wait 5 months for a well visit. This is crazy. I hope my son doesn’t get sick he might have to wait months for that. Time to look into another doctor office. Going down hill
Been going here for almost 12 years. All five of my kids love the doctors and they are always friendly and professional. Almost never a wait.
I love this office CHOP is of course a world leader in children's hospitals, and this office lives up to that standard
Excellent care at CHOP primary care as always. My child who is rarely ill, was seen in the office the same morning that I called for an appointment. We were seen, evaluated, and given a treatment regimen to immediately get on the road to recovery. This office always takes all concerns seriously, and never makes you wait for a sick appointment.
