I had a very good experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful, and the office was clean and welcoming. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

This star doesn’t need to go to this direct office, but it should go to the billing department. I literally went back and forth between the billing department and my insurance company for WAY too long. The billing department tells me they are not able to contact the insurance company to figure out refiling the claim and that it needs to be the insurance company who does this. They need better front desk staff. The receptionists are unapproachable and unhelpful. The doctors are ok, but their receptionists aren't.

The rest of the staff and service is awesome. .Dr Sammaritano is a tough cookie. I brought my son’s empty prescription bottle to my first visit her. When she asked what he current took I said the name listed on the bottle. She said “oh it’s no [listed brand name]?” I said no. She laughed and said “you know you listed the medical name and that the same thing as the brand name?” I said I must be stupid, but I thought that was her job.
