I used to have such a wonderful experience here, lately not so much. They've been taking way too long, being at the doctors for over an hr the last 2 times I was there. For wellness checks, nothing major. My kids are never sick, never here but for that. I used to be in and out in the matter of a half hour, now I sit and wait in both the front and back. So thankful to have found this office!! Dr.fendrick is absolutely amazing after 1 visit with him he was able to help my daughter finally get some answers we have been trying to find for years.
Dr Napoli is amazing. Other doctors and nurses are great too, never had any issues with them. However there's always an issue with scheduling. They moved our appointments last min twice and they tried to gaslight me by saying the appointments were always scheduled like that and I'm late so you missed your appointment and now we have to reschedule you. They are always busy and getting a sick visit was pain (we were told to go to urgent care) but that part has improved in the past year or so.
I called in to hopefully speak to someone about questions I have prior to bringing my child in for an initial appointment. The front desk person I spoke to was kind and took my name and number down. He stated the head nurse would give me a call back. This was 2 weeks ago. They never gave me a call back. If I can’t even get a call back, I start to question their office practices already.
