I swear if it wasn't for my children's pediatrician I would have been left CHOP all together. But she was my husband's pediatrician and now my boys. She is the best! When she retires I will definitely leave CHOP. I always have problems with billing it's non stop. Just saw that I was charged for something that never happened. I was charged for surgery that never happened. They need to fire whoever keeps making the same mistakes with my account. So tired of money going missing here.
