My issue is with the female we dealt with in the lab 6/25/25 when it was time to have blood drawn. My daughter had a bad experience in the past giving blood. I explained to the woman that my daughter was nervous etc. Fast forward, after much prodding the woman couldn't find a vein and my daughter started to hyperventilate and got lightheaded so I asked her to stop. Dr. Zderic and his entire team/staff are incredible! My son had surgery and I can't tell you how much stress was relieved due to the fact that every single staff member met us with a smile, care and compassion. My son was comfortable and well taken care of. I was truly impressed and thankful for our experience. Thank you Dr. Zderic and staff for being amazing and taking such good care of my son. I also want to mention that this facility is immaculate and extremely clean and well maintained!
Receptionist bad service
I want to emphasize before I write this that I have been in hospitals that have “lost” my hospital visit records and have “lost” my blood after taking it as well. I never left reviews for them. What ABSOLUTELY FLOORED ME today was the lack of empathy from Dr. OReilly in otolaryngology. My daughter has had over 20 ear infections since she was 7 months old and is now three. I scheduled a surgery in November for today. No one explained to me that she would not be guaranteed surgery and would be checked to ensure she is eligible... read more
