They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question.
