I decided to try ChooJai for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food! I ordered the Kanisu, Hamachi Jalepeno and the Tom Yum Noodles. The kanisu was perfect. The Tom Yum Noodle was seasoned perfectly and was the perfect balance to the sushi. The Hamachi Jalepeno was some of the best I've had. We ordered a second order because it was THAT good! Next time I'm in Colorado, I'll definitely be visiting ChooJai again!
