Chonny Anderson is always very knowledgeable and very personal! Always a delight to talk to.
I found the Ms Anderson was a good provider. My continued complaint comes from her less than competent desk staff. They could not process their job of making simple billing of services in an accurate manner. Question! How many times does it take to get the insurance information and then follow up in an accurate manner. Frustrating and gives out the feeling of no confidence.
I am very impressed with Choney. I am a retired RN and she has done more for me than the urologist I I use to see. She is very knowledgeable about my problems and very easy to talk to.
