저 같은 피해자가 더는 없기를 바라는 마음으로 이 리뷰를 남깁니다. 김정남 치과에서 멀쩡했던 어금니 하나가 완전히 망가졌고, 결국 다른 치과에서 발치 후 임플란트를 하게 되었습니다. 김정남 원장은 단순히 실력이 부족한 정도를 넘어서 무모하고 위험한 진료를 합니다. 문제가 전혀 없던 치아였는데, 단순한 정기 검진에서 인레이를 권하더니 신경치료까지 진행되며 결국 치아를 잃게 되었습니다. 진료 전 환자 상태에 대한 충분한 설명이나 상담은 없었고, 오히려 불필요한 잡담과 인비절라인(투명 교정기) 구매 권유만 반복됐습니다. 치료 후 통증을 호소했지만 통증 원인을 확인하지 않고 계속 치아를 갈아 맞추는 식의 대처만 했습니다. 제가 준비해주는 직원에게도 여러 차례 상태를 설명했지만, 영어와 한국어 모두 잘 통하지 않았는지, 마지막엔 제 상태를 이제야 처음 들었다는 말을 듣고 정말 충격을 받았습니다. 신경치료 후 크라운 내부에 지속적인 압박감과 통증이 있었고, 두 달 뒤에는 인접한 잇몸에 염증이 생겨 다시 내원하게 되었습니다. 그러나 염증 부위의 원... read more
I’ve had a consistently great experience at Elegant Dental with Dr. Chongnam Kim, D.D.S. She’s incredibly thorough and gentle when it comes to cleanings—my teeth have never felt better. Dr. Kim also treated my cavities, and the entire process was completely painless, which is something I really appreciate. Dr. Kim is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She and her team are incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. I always feel completely at ease in her care and truly trust her expertise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who combines skill with genuine compassion. I’m currently going through the process of Invisalign w/ Dr. Kim and I’m so happy with the results so far!
