Becky and her excellent staff guided me through setting up my trust and have been supporting me through their Customer Care service ever since. Recently I was told that I would need a special needs trust for my sister who has become disabled. When I asked Becky about amending the trust she informed me that the provision is already included within the trust documents. I was delighted. The service is very thorough and everyone is helpful and very timely in response.

Jim Torgeson recommended Cholowka Law to me several years ago. I have used them to create an LLC Agreement and to review and update my Family Trust. Less than a year later, my wife passed away suddenly, and the process of transferring our assets and managing her estate were made VERY SIMPLE by the systems Cholewka Law set up for us in the Trust. My mother recently passed away. Cholewka Law is helping me with the closing of her trust. I also had them do a trust for my grandson, and will be meeting with them to do a trust for my husband and myself. Both lawyers and office staff have patiently helped me through these processes. I had a thousand questions about the trust and they made the “Legal Wording” so easy to comprehend. The response to my questions was also very timely.
