Absolutely horrible experience, and that’s not to say the employees weren’t working hard. They are severely understaffed and clearly being hung out to dry by ownership. We ordered 3 drinks, 3 entrees, and 3 appetizers. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks only after the staff was made aware, then they brought out a single entree so one of us could eat alone. First - don’t be confused like I was that this is a Roy Choi restaurant. It is NOT. Yes many Korean restaurants can have last name Choi. Regardless I want to share my experience. We made a reservation the night before and chose to get seats at the bar. Choi's itself looks fairly nice from the inside with a mixture of both a zen look near the front and a more modern look in the actual restaurant. Unfortunately from there, the experience fell apart for us a bit and think much of it has to do with the restaurant being understaffed and potentially ... read more
