My 3 experiences with Choices Womens Medical Center were not very pleasant. My 1st visit they was for blood works, they misplaced my blood therefore I had to go back to get it done. 2nd visit the receptionist kept my docket at the reception area after I saw persons who came after went in to see the doctor I went back to her she had my docket sitting on her desk. 3rd visit the doctor did not send my prescriptions to my pharmacy as she promised to.
Center is always comfortable and clean, staff is always courteous, polite, understanding and patient. I truly appreciate how delivering compassionate care is a passion for Choices. Thank you for your wonderful service
Clean facility, the receptionist is always so sweet. I feel genuinely cared for everytime I go. Examinations are done thoroughly. Someone is always there to help you. Definitely reccomend this place!
Choices is the best women's clinic in the Jamaica Queens area. The office is immaculate, the staff is warm and caring, the location is discrete while not being out of the way and I had an appointment within 24 hours of calling. I was given the best care possible by staff memebers that treated me like a human being and not just a faceless patient. I highly recommend Choices to anyone in need of any female services.
The wait was a little long but once I was called on they made me feel comfortable and the lady at the front desk was very patient with me.
I am a very selective person when it comes to my health. I have gone to more than 4 different gynecologists and, Choices definitely won my heart and my trust. I love how fast appointments are offered to you, their workers are excellent and very professional, as well as their waiting time is short. they offer many different types of services to better serve their patients. and they make you feel welcome and confident. Every experience I've had visiting choices has been a pleasant one. Payments were easy the staff was kind and helpful. The wait times were pretty good to me based on the amount of people in the office.
