Dr tornoi at choices methadone clinic Wilkes-Barre pa is over charging people for cannibus cards any where from 250$ to 350$ n she acts like she doesn't know about the 25$ discount for state insurance..she did it to alot of clients at choices methadone clinic.. the price of the cannibus card is for the last two years is 200$ minus 25$ for state insurance 175$ don't get scammed.. So many things going wrong and inside issues not being addressed, not recommended. Bullying, counselors discriminate, and got discharged with false accusations. Recommend seeking other inpatient facilities.!
