Team were very accomodating with my multiple visits to work out my best option. They gave me space when I needed it to just browse through the amazing range and then when I needed help they were there for it.
Fantastic service - quotes were quick and all questions answered. Ordered flooring on a Friday and installation was completed by the next Wednesday so really appreciated the same week turnaround.
I found the whole experience from choosing tiles and carpet to the completed job an enjoyable experience. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Our job was over an hour from Mackay and Choices were able to complete the job with a free measure and quote. Their carpet layers did an excellent job, very neat and very skilled. Thank you Choices. Everybody was great to deal with and the work was booked in and completed quickly, to a high standard and at an affordable price.
Highly recommend Choices Flooring. Tony did an amazing Job on the prep & installation of the LVP we chose, very meticulous. After seeing the work that went into prepping & laying the planks i dont know how we ever thought of doing it ourselves. The hardest part was picking the LVP colour, once that was set, the quote & installation was super fast. Choices were easy to deal with & by far the best price. We are thrilled with the end result.
