My daughter has been told she is allergic to fragrance, so I thought maybe these products would help her. The face lotion I purchased for her as a gift made her face red, so I took her in the store to see if they could help her. Helga was short and abrupt with her, condescending and not helpful at all. She made it seem as though her product is the perfect solution for everyone, and if it’s not, it is your own fault. Sad, because your lack of empathy and not standing behind your product has now lost you three customers!

The first time we went into this store, my two daughter’s absolutely loved it, they took their time smelling every bath bomb they had ( they’re 2&4) the staff there was amazing with them and any questions I had. Today, I went and had the pleasure of meeting Helga, (wanted to surprise the girls with bath bombs) I also told her some issues I had (eczema & dandruff) she took the time to explain the cause of these issues and help make a shampoo safe for me and my girls! this is my favorite store. my hair was falling out and thinning. After using their shampoos my husband noticed a difference. he didnt even know I started using that shampoo. my hair is regrowing and shiny. they have special stuff they will add to it. Just tell them your needs. Also, I had horrible acne( worse than when I was a teen) I am on a regimen of olive oil soap/ exfoliating gloves every other day. days that I don't do that, I use the Rose facial wash. I went here for the first time today, I was referred by a friend. Move over, Sephora...goodbuy Lush 👋 This will be my go-to skincare place! Their mineral foundation is gorgeous 😍 I cannot wait to try their face wash. Their prices are beyond reasonable and I'm so happy they are vegan, organic and products are made in house!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! Helga is by far the sweetest and most educated out there! All the staff is wonderful. If you want to ditch the chemicals in your skin care do your self a favor and go. I love all my products and now get my baby products there as well. Check it out :)
I came in before work to check out some products I had researched online. The owner was there and personally assessed my skin and what it needed. I love that she was so educational and honest. I am excited to try my new moisturizer that is customized just for my skin!
