They forgot to put in the order for the tests I needed so my samples were discarded/never sent off. When I called to get the results, they told me they failed to put in the order and I would need to come back in again to do everything all over again. If you go there, definitely double check everything to make sure they do what they say they are going to do.
I’m always in and out, with friendly staff and a clean facility.
Every.Single.Time we go in for care the staff are overwhelmingly kind and supportive. So relieved we have such a great resource so close to home.
My experience at this urgent care was phenomenal from the front desk staff to the Medical Assistant, to the provider Wendy Carr PA-C their kindness and knowledge was exceptional, in every detail down to the treatment plan. So much better than any urgent I’ve ever been too , it didn’t take 2 hours but only 30 minutes . In and out.
