Nicole and her staff have cared for my mom for the last 2 years and we have been happy with the level of service they have provided.
They are friendly, always smiling, very reliable and helpful. My dad just loves his aide.
From what l’ve seen, extremely expensive for private pay & my former caregiver told me Nicole is raising prices now. Very unprofessional, no emotional or physical boundaries were set in my caregiving. I was hurt emotionally & mentally. I had my caregiver for almost a year.
