It seems my review was removed but l did not do it. I did not think that was allowed unless the review was unfair or not factual. Mine was neither. My caregiver was Vicki Olson. We had a very good relationship, as did Nicole and l. Vicki was pulled out from me within 24 hours and she was to be replaced with an untrained person l did not know. Choice care has provided excellent care to my mom in her home. The caregivers take an interest in her and are very compassinate. There has been great communication from the owner and caregivers and flexibility when scheduled times needed to be changed. Thank you!
When looking for in home helper services for my elderly mother I was so glad that I found ChoiceCare. They contacted me immediately and came the next day to answer questions and determine what services were needed. The person that came was wonderful, caring and did an awesome job. They were flexible and understanding too. I highly recommend this company.
