Nicole knows her stuff and is very caring as well. We love Shelle as our sister's caregiver. She is caring, helpful and patient - important qualities in a caregiver.
ChoiceCare has been a phenomenal addition for our family, Shelle has gone above and beyond and helped tremendously. Mom looks forward to her visits, and considers her a close friend. ChoiceCare has provided great peace of mind for when family may not be available for the day to day, and has always been very accommodating and responsive.
I was referred to ChoiceCare by a Hospice Social Worker after hearing my failure story from a previous in home aid service. From the beginning Nicole set my dad’s care up for success. Not only was my dad well taken care of but I (primary caregiver) was supported. Primarily dad needed a companion (lost my mom over the summer) and he needed help with safely running errands, meals, and light housecleaning. I want to thank Nichole and Vicki from ChoiceCare for doing a great job of spending time with my 98 year old mother. Vicki has truly become friends with my mother and she fits very well with other people at the assisted living home. Having Vicki spend time with my mother has been a very positive event. I certainly would refer her to anyone who needs assistance in this manner.
