20 years after installing my Puritan softener and charcoal filter I’m still happy with the great service and quality they provide.
Extremely informative, polite, and willing to help in all aspects. Would use them again and again. Want to also mention Eydie went above and beyond, and I'm very grateful for her help!
A quick phone call for information has made me a lifetime fan. While i did not purchase anything from them, the knowledge of the staff blew me away. they were quick to answer even the most minor question with speed and accuracy. Friendly is a word some would use to describe them but they go above this and made me feel like my concerns were being heard and addressed. It's hard to find that these days. When i'm in the market to get my water softener replaced, they are the ones I'm going to call.
