The dr was kind and thorough even while dealing with faulty equipment during my exam. The optical center owner was rude when I questioned them overcharging me per my insurance carrier contract, choosing to yell at me false information, rather than return money he owed me. I will never use them again !
I had an excellent visit. I can honestly say I scheduled a 4.00 appointment expecting to be sitting and waiting until 4.15/4.30 but to my surprise my name was called at 4.00. While the doctor was with another patient and experienced tech went through the meaurments and other tests (while explaining to me what they were doing) and it was awesome. I was in and out in 30 minutes that included a consultation for lasik eye surgery and ordering glasses.
