I will send everyone I know to you guys!! When I walked in this pass weekend on Saturday everyone was friendly!! I was nervous because I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my dog!!! I just moved out of state and I’ll tell you what... it’s hard putting your trust in any other vet when you’re used to someone as genuine, professional, and passionate as Dr. Benjamin Orozco and his staff who all hold the same traits. On top of the staff being the best you’ll find in all of Erie County, Choice Vets is also the cleanest facility you’ll find as well. So thankful for the care of these amazing doctors, they did everything they could to save my little puppy, unfortunately she did not make it. Thank you so much for everything you did to try and keep her alive! Also for the comfort for my fiancé and I!!!

Yesterday I took my Jackie girl cat over who is 17 to have her ear checked, she has been having issues the last couple days, Sandy Stevens got us right in and everyone was so kind and wonderful, she had a hematoma, drained it, cleaned out ears now on drops, everyone was so wonderful and kind, they treated her like my child, thank you all so much, 5 golden stars for you all
From the moment you contact this office, from the receptionists, to the techs, to the doctor, everyone is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. When I brought my dog in because she was vomiting, the doctor explained the likely possible causes and an action plan for ruling out some things as well as treating the symptoms. They explained prices, options, pros and cons every step of the way, and most impressively asked me to call in a fe days to let them know how she was doing. Today my sweet dog Georgia needed to cross the rainbow bridge and Dr Ben and Michelle came to our house and helped Georgia on her journey. They have been to our house several times to see her and go above and beyond any vet I’ve ever seen.
