Horrible ethics. I had my cat with me in Florida and needed to get a health certificate for him. I made an appointment with them and they required a $150 deposit that would go towards my bill. They did not quote me a price at that time. I agreed as my vet in VA charged about $300 for this. They called a few days later with a quote of $800!!! I canceled my appointment as this was just outrageous, and they will not refund my deposit even though I canceled 72 hours in advance. I wish I had looked at their ratings on here before... read more
absolutely the worst vet around. been going there for a couple of years and have seen Dr Shaw become so busy, he barely stops in to check his clients. he has lost his empathy. runs late and when we scheduled an appt to discuss our dogs botched surgery, he was a no show. this is the short version...horrible vet!
