Terrific IOP housing program. The counselor Anthony , the Director Kelli, and the in house psychiatrist Dr. Ellie are all excellent at what they do. The program is small but expanding very soon. Believe me if you are tired of of the terrible Baltimore programs, that house you in drug infested areas, with unqualified staff and crowded group rooms. Then make the call here. They have 2 beautiful homes( with more to come)not a row home in a drug area. But asingle family homes in Gwynn Oak
