Very disappointing rental experience with Choice Realty. Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, especially regarding maintenance concerns and refund requests. For the entire duration of my stay, a visible gap between the door frame and door allowed outside air inside, increasing the power bill as the AC constantly struggled to keep up.
