I met with both Susan and Jonathan Lee of CHOICE Realty and they offered me the choice of either leasing it or listing it. After weighing the pros and cons for each, I decided to list it and Jonathan really guided me along in preparing it for sale and onto a successful sale.
Jonathan and Susan are an amazing team that helped me maximize strong monthly rental income. They helped ensure all things were handled properly on the property while being rented.
