I have been doing business with Jackie and CPM for well over a year and they continue to surpass my expectations in caring for my property. I would strongly encourage both property owners and renters off from working with Choice Property Management. At move-in, the property had not been professionally cleaned, and the closets and drawers were still stuffed with junk. Management refused to do an onsite walkthrough, and insisted that we dispose of the junk ourselves. After a few weeks of calls they had maintenance remove a large piece of furniture from the property for which we had no use.
