Ed inspected our home before we bought it. He did such a terrible job and lied about the amount of water damage. He told us used an X-ray machine to see in the walls and saw nothing. He also said he couldn’t move the refrigerator for the inspection but you could tell just by looking at it that there was damage. After we moved in and renovated the kitchen, turns out there was black mold. I was pregnant. That could’ve made my baby sick if we hadn’t caught it soon. What a terrible inspector. Choice Home Inspections are very professional and I highly recommend them. I’ve worked with them several times and I have always been more than happy with their reports.
