Takes several months to repair a simple escalator (Their only upwards escalator) in the St. Clair station mall. Constantly missing their own timelines and replacing old signs with new ones and extended dates. Probably sourcing the cheapest possible part instead of simply fixing the escalator in a timely manner. I feel bad for all the elderly in that area. Whatever it takes to keep your profits as high as possible though!
Stay away from their underground parking. I carefully entered the paid underground located at 525 University Avenue. To my surprise my driver’s side front tire rubbed against the curb that was not visible from my driver’s seat, nor was there any signage indicating that there was a curb there and to use caution.
