Horrible all around. Rude people the receptionist is not even approachable. As for Ed very unprofessional he is a big scam artist. Just remember if you ever use choice properties you should already count on never getting your deposit. Even if you left the house looking better than what they left it when you first rent it.
The absolute WORST company to deal with, they said 72 hours for processing information and after 3weeks still no answer and the most excuses,broker out of town, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, I WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST.

This company is absolutely the worst! We rented from them for a year and the entire experience was awful. They never fixed things that were present on our initial walk through that they promised and when requested they said they were too busy with other things - after three months! They also tried to charge us and take our security deposit for damages that were present when we did our initial walk through. BEWARE! This is a group of the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever come across. We rented from them for EIGHT years and treated that home as if it were our own. The only reason we rented that long was because there was no way we were going to buy in the Pizzle since it has turned into such a crap hole! What a colossal waste of time. These folks are quick to take your app fee, but real slow to call you back. It's always some story or another, I'm the Owner, I'm waiting to hear from the owner, yeah we can do it for $925, oh now the owner wants, Oh there was a fire, Oh now the owner wants $1000, I Still haven't heard from the owner. I am a current tenant in a property managed by Choice Properties. I could not be happier with the service these folks provide. When I applied to lease this townhouse they were prompt and efficient with the paperwork and getting everything taken care of. There have been small issues since we moved in, like the washing machine and A/C, and a repair person was dispatched quickly and the issues resolved. My family is very disappointed with this real estate office. After a month of searching for a rental home, we found the perfect one. After sending choice properties, the listing company, the required fees and application info we were given the okay and told noone else had even put in an offer besides us and the property was ours we just needed to drop off our deposit, sign some papers, and pick up the keys. If you are considering using Choice Properties as your property manager, or thinking of renting anyplace they manage- Beware! They are a group of crooks that should not even be in business. They use underhanded business practices to cheat the homeowner out of money when their contract is up & do nothing to collect the rent. You are constantly chasing them trying to get your money.
