This rating is not a reflection of the service I received from the podiatrist, but the lack of communication regarding insurance and payment. I first came to Choice Podiatry over 10 years ago. I called as I did this most recent time to schedule an initial appointment, asked if they took my insurance (which they did) and made and kept the appointment. Dr. Rootring is very enthusiastic and good at his job. He answers questions and listens to your problems and concerns.
Really nice people and service. There was a mix-up with my insurance and they didn't charge me. That was very nice of them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
