My mother just received a referral to go here when we called trying to schedule the guy on the phone didn’t understand what a referral ment and kept saying. She’s not in our system. Well obviously since we are trying to be a new patient. I then went inside to try and give them the referral paper. I stood there for 5 minutes while they were all around a corner talking. I have been a patient here for a few years and never had an issue until my appointment last Thursday. My doctor had decided to wean my medication‘s down so I went from taking three tablets per day of a certain medication same dosage to two tablets per day of a certain medication same dosage. Also another medication that I take once a day that’s 30 mg we changed to twice a day 15 mg each so it’s still the same dosage just two pills 115 in the morning and 115 at night. There are several changes that need to be made with this practice. They need to have more doctors and not just PA's because the PA's don't always know what they're doing. I honestly don't recommend this practice to anybody.
Very professional and friendly environment procedure that I had was nonpainful, all you feel is a pinch.
