At check in they told me I had a balance and refused me service until I made a Minimum payment I made the payment just to call billing and I don’t have a balance on my account. They refuse to refund my money and every time I talk to the people over the phone they tell me it will be handled but nothing has been and every time I call to follow up, they tell me that they don’t have record of me speaking to the previous person about the refund I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and have not they have people over seas h... read more
