RecommendedTalked with Fred about an roof inspection and windows. Had the insurance adjuster out to inspect the roof. Now we are moving on to scheduling the project. Got a great estimate for the windows too. Call them! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend.
Fred is a true professional. We had storm damage to our roof back in February, along with probably a dozen other homes in our development. I chose Choice 1 Restoration to replace the roof on my Tudor home because of their detailed quote and reasonable price. Fred mentioned a lot of points that other companies didn't bring up. I felt he was the most knowledgeable and he assured me their crew of Amish workers would do an excellent job. They had to remove 3 layers of shingles, and the job was done within 2 days. Choice 1 did a great job replacing our roof after we experienced storm damage. They work with us and our insurance company to make sure the roof was repaired and replaced up to current standards. They took our needs into consideration by planning the replacement project’s timetable to match our requests. They were able to do the project (a large and steep roof) in two days. They left the site clean, removing all debris. They returned to make sure I was satisfied with the roof replacement. I recommend Choice 1!
Choice 1 Restoration was very professional from beginning to end. Fred handled everything with our insurance company and the crew were very respectful of our property, covered our pants, moved our furniture off the deck and moved it back, cleaned up all the nails and left no trash in the yard. And most importantly the roof looks beautiful, couldn’t have asked for better service!
