Truly the most wonderful people! Terri and Becky were the best people to work with! I rented a property for about 2 years through Choice One and they made the experience the best I could ask for. Super sweet people, super quick to respond, and were very instant to be on top of things! I knew if a problem arouse with the house, I could always count on them to get maintenance ASAP! I’m loving my home. And I can’t be happier they are way better than those other commercial properties management.
We've rented from Choice One for just over 2 years and they have been fantastic! Everyone is friendly and professional. The home we rent is well maintained, but things happen, and they've always sent someone out immediately for the repair. We'll stay as long as they'll have us!
