I’m loving my home. And I can’t be happier they are way better than those other commercial properties management.
We've rented from Choice One for just over 2 years and they have been fantastic! Everyone is friendly and professional. The home we rent is well maintained, but things happen, and they've always sent someone out immediately for the repair. We'll stay as long as they'll have us!

Absolutely worst property management I've dealt with! Terri and Becki will lie to your face to get an application fee and deny you. They denied me after stating I had an esa dog, then I told them they couldn't do that, so then they moved forward and accepted my app fee but said they couldn't verify my rental history when they did not even try, they lied and said they left three voice mails and did not, then they said I couldn't list family friends as a rental history because they can lie for me, then it was because I have a ... read more
