If I could give Stephanie 10 stars I would! We needed to find a rental quickly and Stephanie made sure that happened. The rental we were interested in posted on Friday, we swung by the Choice One Property Management office on Monday and were approved within hours. She walked us through the process which made it so easy. Would definitely use again. Thank you Stephanie!

This is a great company to rent from. Staff is vary friendly and helpful
I strongly advise against using this property management company. My experience as an owner was extremely disappointing due to consistent unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of accountability. Becky, who answers the phone, was very rude when she believed I was a tenant and only changed her tone once I clarified that I was the property owner. These ladies are the best. Truly grateful for their expertise. Every step of my move -in and out process was easy. They demonstrate fairness , integrity and a level of customer service that I have been missing since relocating from Florida. Thanks ladies! Ps. Stay off Taylor, it’s not safe. No Shawn drama .
