Choice management is absolutely 💯 percent with being attentive, concerned, knowledgeable, on time appointments, replacing any items in a timely manner, responding to e mails, calls, office visits and being outstanding with professional and courteous interactions with tenants. I highly recommend this company to manage and recommend anyone to becoming a tenent of such management.
In my 10 years in NYC, this has to be the worst management company for an apartment I have had. This building management company is completely neglectful, unresponsive, and outright disrespectful to tenants. They ignore urgent maintenance requests, take days (if not weeks) to respond—if they bother to respond at all—and show little to no regard for the well-being of the people who live here.
