I had body damage from an accident and Mike and the receptionist were extremely helpful in getting my car in right away. I picked up within the week and my car looks absolutely perfect. In my experience. Ernie was honestly the worst. I loved my car. But to get in touch with him, to get repairs done. He would completely ignore me and it seems everyone else in reviews. But I’ve been dealing strictly with Mike and I have to say it’s 1000% better. Gave me his direct number, I call him with any problems. I almost returned the car. But Mike really made this process feel like what it should have been in the beginning. I advise if you have any issues from before contact and ask for Mike cause he’ll actually help!
