In addition to horrible service, they bill my insurance for services not provided.
Good luck getting your refills called in or getting the front desk to do anything productive. The Physician's Assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful. Too bad that work ethic isn't the same throughout the office.
Very disappointing. Horrible experience, will never go back. Was treated with little respect, and my issues where not addressed or taken seriously. I don't know what happened to caring doctors. Everything is about making money now, and not caring for the patient as an individual. Please stop treating people in a cookie cutter fashion. All of us have different needs and problems. Look at the patient and please, listen!
