I wish I had checked the reviews before I hired this company to make any repairs. Like others have said, they completely ripped me off on costs, doubling-tripling the estimate when I received the actual bill. They also told me they are "not a consumer company, they are for commercial clients," so if you are a homeowner, look elsewhere! They charged me for two techs, doubling the hourly cost even though on the phone they will only tell you a single hourly rate. *Attention* If you are looking for a company that is not helpful over the phone, arrives at your place 30 minutes late and then uses 45 minutes of the billable time on the phone with someone else, charges $100 for 1 hour drive time one way even if they are 10 minutes away, and then charges you $300 for a piece of $80 equipment, then definitely use this company. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Service representative said $1 an hour for the service and $100 to stop by. I thought, "$200 is pretty reasonable", so I hired them. I even confirmed the price with the technician when he arrived, but you can't trust anyone these days I guess. Turns out this company is full of liars. These grifters charged me almost $400 for a 30 min service, then told me it's a flat rate and there is nothing they can do.
